Lamb Biryani

Mutton Dum biryani is prepared with lamb marinated with flavourful spices and tenderised by soaking in dahi before cooking. The lamb is sandwiched between layers of fragrant basmati rice that soaks up the flavour and juices from the meat when cooked “in dum”. Can be served on bone or boneless with different spice levels (mild/ spicy)
