The Vegetable Dum biryani is prepared with carrots, potatoes, and cauliflower marinated in aromatic spices and soaked in dahi before cooking. The vegetables are sandwiched between layers of fragrant basmati rice and cooked “in dum”. You can make your biryani more interesting by choosing to add paneer (cottage cheese), soya chunks, jack fruit, and mushrooms.
Contains soya, gluten and milk. May contain traces of Sulphite, Sesame Mustard, Gluten and Tree Nuts. Gravy contains peanuts and sesame seeds.
